Cet oxyg\u00e8ne est apport\u00e9 par le sang. Il se fixe sur l\u2019h\u00e9moglobine, prot\u00e9ine situ\u00e9e dans les globules rouges et, au contact du muscle, est transmis \u00e0 la fibre musculaire. L\u00e0, l\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne participe \u00e0 la formation d\u2019\u00e9nergie n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 la contraction en \u00ab\u2009brulant\u2009\u00bb les sucres et les graisses. Cette op\u00e9ration entra\u00eene la production de gaz carbonique (CO2).<\/p><p>Plus l\u2019effort augmente, plus la demande en oxyg\u00e8ne et plus la production de gaz carbonique augmentent. C\u2019est ce dernier qui va stimuler la ventilation pulmonaire pour que les \u00e9changes au niveau de l\u2019alv\u00e9ole augmentent et que la quantit\u00e9 d\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne inspir\u00e9e soit plus importante.<\/p><p>Parall\u00e8lement, le d\u00e9bit cardiaque va augmenter lui aussi pour apporter \u00ab\u2009plus\u2009\u00bb d\u2019O2 \u00e0 chaque battement. Ce d\u00e9bit augmente en augmentant la quantit\u00e9 de sang \u00e9ject\u00e9e \u00e0 chaque battement et en augmentant le nombre de battements par minute (fr\u00e9quence cardiaque).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7a5b1bc elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7a5b1bc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>En r\u00e9sum\u00e9<\/strong>, quand on fournit un effort, le c\u0153ur s\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e8re et la fr\u00e9quence respiratoire aussi. Pour des fr\u00e9quences respiratoires \u00e9lev\u00e9es, on peut avoir une sensation d\u2019essoufflement.
