Il permet d\u2019augmenter la temp\u00e9rature corporelle, d\u2019optimiser la performance et de diminuer les risques de blessures.<\/p><p>Son r\u00f4le est primordial avant de commencer un entra\u00eenement puisqu\u2019il permet d\u2019augmenter le volume sanguin qui irrigue les muscles, ce qui am\u00e9liore l\u2019apport en oxyg\u00e8ne et en substrats \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques vers ceux-ci.<br \/>Il permet \u00e9galement d\u2019augmenter le degr\u00e9 d\u2019activation physique et neurologique.
