Avec la planche, le nageur peut isoler le travail des jambes, am\u00e9liorer son coup de pied et renforcer les muscles inf\u00e9rieurs.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il existe de nombreux types de planches, variant selon la taille (petites, moyennes et grandes). Afin de s&rsquo;adapter aux besoins des nageurs, qu&rsquo;ils soient d\u00e9butants ou plus exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s. Les palmes courtes sont id\u00e9ales pour travailler sa vitesse et son endurance en piscine (plus petites donc plus simple \u00e0 utiliser dans un bassin, surtout lors des virages). Tandis que les palmes longues sont plus souvent utilis\u00e9es pour la plong\u00e9e en apn\u00e9e et l\u2019eau libre. Il permet au nageur de se concentrer sur le travail des bras en maintenant les jambes \u00e0 flot. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cet accessoire est particuli\u00e8rement utile pour d\u00e9velopper la force du haut du corps, renforcer la sangle abdominale et am\u00e9liorer sa technique de bras.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En utilisant un pull-buoy, le nageur va se focaliser sur son alignement et la qualit\u00e9 de chaque mouvement de bras, ce qui est essentiel pour une nage efficace et rapide. Elles sont id\u00e9ales pour renforcer les muscles du haut du corps et am\u00e9liorer la technique de nage.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En augmentant la surface de contact avec l&rsquo;eau, les plaquettes permettent de sentir plus intens\u00e9ment chaque phase du mouvement de bras et de ce fait permettent de travailler sa propulsion. Existantes en diff\u00e9rentes tailles, des petites plaquettes <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">permettent un travail plus technique et moins intense, alors qu&rsquo;un grand mod\u00e8le va
