Il existe plusieurs types de longueurs, selon l&rsquo;utilisation souhait\u00e9e.\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les courtes sont id\u00e9ales pour la natation. Elles permettent de travailler la vitesse et la fr\u00e9quence des battements. Les mod\u00e8les longs sont plut\u00f4t utilis\u00e9s en apn\u00e9e ou en eau libre. Prendre son temps pour se concentrer sur les mouvements de jambes et rester gain\u00e9 au maximum.
