Les 2 positions les plus connus sont :\u00a0<\/p><ul><li>Entre les cuisses, au dessus des genoux.\u00a0<\/li><li>Entre les chevilles, au dessus de la mall\u00e9ole.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><p>L&rsquo;option chevilles sera utilis\u00e9e pour les nageurs avec un niveau plus avanc\u00e9. Il aide \u00e0 maintenir une position horizontale du corps, en particulier pour les nageurs qui ont tendance \u00e0 laisser leurs jambes couler. Cet exercice am\u00e9liore la coordination et le timing du mouvement de bras.<\/span><\/p><p><strong>Exercice 2<\/strong> : Associer le pull-buoy \u00e0 des plaquettes. <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ceci augmente la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 chaque mouvement de bras.<\/span><\/p><p><strong>Exercice 3<\/strong> &#8211; <strong>Respiration bilat\u00e9rale<\/strong> : Nager le crawl en utilisant un pull-buoy.
