La plupart des plaquettes ont des sangles r\u00e9glables \u00e0 attacher autour des doigts et\/ou du poignet pour les maintenir en place. Ajustez-les pour qu\u2019elles soient bien fix\u00e9es mais confortables.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les plaquettes forcent \u00e0 effectuer le mouvement de bras correctement, en punissant les erreurs de trajectoire ou de position. Leur action augmente la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau lors de la traction, faisant travailler tous les muscles sup\u00e9rieurs : muscles des bras, des \u00e9paules, du dos et du tronc. Faites attention \u00e0 la position du coude, celui-ci doit se situer haut et faites des mouvements puissants.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><strong>Exercice 2<\/strong> &#8211; <strong>rattrap\u00e9<\/strong> : <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un bras \u00e9tendu devant pendant que le bras actif fait un mouvement complet. Parfait pour travailler la coordination entre vos bras et la sym\u00e9trie du mouvement.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><strong>Exercice 3<\/strong> &#8211; <strong>avec pull buoy<\/strong> : <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Combinez les plaquettes avec un pull-buoy pour isoler davantage le travail des bras et maximiser le renforcement du haut du corps.
