Changer de bras tous les 25 m\u00e8tres. Cela r\u00e9duit la surface de contact avec l&rsquo;eau, obligeant \u00e0 se concentrer sur une meilleure utilisation de l&rsquo;avant-bras et du bras pour la prise d&rsquo;appui. Cet exercice aide \u00e0 affiner sa sensibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau et \u00e0 renforcer la propulsion avec tout le bras, pas seulement la main. Apr\u00e8s que votre main sorte de l&rsquo;eau, touchez bri\u00e8vement votre \u00e9paule avant de l&rsquo;\u00e9tendre vers l&rsquo;avant pour le prochain coup de bras.
