Au contraire, il est recommand\u00e9 de s\u2019\u00e9tirer le plus souvent possible, afin d\u2019en ressentir les bienfaits. S\u2019\u00e9tirer sur une base r\u00e9guli\u00e8re permet notamment d\u2019am\u00e9liorer sa flexibilit\u00e9 et sa souplesse.<\/p><p>Attention cependant, cela ne veut pas dire qu\u2019il faut s\u2019\u00e9tirer \u00e0 n\u2019importe quel moment et sans cadre ! Pr\u00e9voyez une plage horaire dans votre emploi du temps pour votre s\u00e9ance d\u2019\u00e9tirements, afin d\u2019avoir tout votre temps.<\/p><p>Maintenez votre position au minimum 15 secondes, et n\u2019h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 prendre de longues respirations. Cela favorise la lib\u00e9ration les tensions musculaires.<\/p><p>\u00c9tirez-vous sans forcer, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ressentir des sensations, et rel\u00e2chez en douceur lorsque vous avez atteint votre amplitude maximum et que vous ressentez une tension.
