Notre organisme en compte 3 diff\u00e9rents, et pour simplifier les choses, il est possible de consid\u00e9rer que notre corps dispose de 3 moteurs, qui se mettent tous les 3 en route d\u00e8s que le corps produit un effort.<\/p><p>Ces moteurs font fonctionner les muscles (et les diff\u00e9rents syst\u00e8me du corps) et ils sont commun\u00e9ment appel\u00e9s \u00ab fili\u00e8res \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques \u00bb. Elle donne sa pleine mesure apr\u00e8s 30&Prime; d\u2019effort environ, pour continuer \u00e0 \u00eatre efficace jusqu\u2019\u00e0 2 \u00e0 3 minutes d\u2019activit\u00e9.\u00a0<\/p><p>Cette fili\u00e8re est utilis\u00e9e dans tous les efforts intenses avec une dur\u00e9e entre 30 secondes et 3 minutes. Comme les autres, elle se d\u00e9clenche d\u00e8s le d\u00e9marrage de l&rsquo;effort, mais devient efficace apr\u00e8s 2 \u00e0 3 minutes.<\/p><p>Ce moteur dispose d&rsquo;une puissante r\u00e9duite mais qui peut fonctionner longtemps voire tr\u00e8s longtemps.\u00a0<\/p><p>Pour fonctionner la fili\u00e8re a\u00e9robie consomme donc le l&rsquo;oxyg\u00e8ne. Pendant les 40 premi\u00e8res minutes, du glucose et du glycog\u00e8ne sont consomm\u00e9s dans les glucides. Puis des lipides (graisse) sont consomm\u00e9es. Gr\u00e2ce aux r\u00e9serves\u00a0 tr\u00e8s importantes de lipides dans notre organisme, ce moteur peut fonctionner longtemps.
